87aece912a feat: Add solution file for multi-project CI/CD build 
- Add LanMontainDesktop.sln for proper MSBuild configuration
- Fixes 'MSBUILD : error MSB1003' in GitHub Actions workflows
- Ensures dotnet restore can locate both projects
- Add CI/CD fix report documenting the resolution
